We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours. Due to occasional stock discrepancies it is possible that an item included in your order may not be available and should this be the case we will contact you in writing immediately.

STANDARD DELIVERY

£4-00 per delivery address. Monday – Friday only. Please allow up to 5 working days.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

£10-00 per delivery address. Monday – Friday only. Next Working Day Delivery can be arranged for all orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm where a Next Working Day Delivery has been requested will not be despatched until the following working day. A signature for receipt of deliveries is often required.If, for any reason your order has to be despatched in more than one parcel or delivery, you will be charged for one delivery only. 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact one of our friendly customer service team by telephone or e-mail, we will require details of the items that you would like to order and will then be able to obtain an individual shipping cost for you.

RETURNS ‘HASSLE FREE’

We hope that you will be more than pleased with your ‘GUY’ purchase but should you wish to return goods to ‘GUY’ for whatever reason, please do so within 28 days of receiving them (14 days if a refund is required).
