GUY SIZES
We recommend that you use our size chart which gives individual garment measurements to help determine the correct size for your little one.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, variations may occur. Colours shown may vary due to specification differences between monitors or some software packages.
All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and do not include postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices displayed on this website are correct at the time of your order only and may be subject to change. ‘GUY’ reserves the right to refuse orders where there is an error in the prices of the products included in the order. There is no VAT on childrens clothing.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are able to offer a refund, exchange or credit for items returned within 14 days of the order arriving with you providing that they are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process from receipt of returned goods. We are unable to offer a refund for items received after the 14 days but will happily exchange or provide a credit note. Refunds and exchanges can only be made directly to the original purchaser. All returned Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of exchanged items.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Should you wish to cancel your order, in whole or part, you must notify us by phone, letter or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the items. Please return the items as described above and providing that they are returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging, we can arrange a refund. This can take up to 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item, please accept our apologies and follow the returns procedure above. The cost of your return will be refunded to you after we receive the item.

AUTUMN/WINTER COMPETITION FOR RADIO FLYER GO-CART
As a thank you to our customers we are offering a fabulous Radio Flyer Go Cart Christmas Prize to one lucky entrant. If you order between 8th September and midnight 30th November you will be automatically entered in to our prize draw* to take place on 4th December 2008.
